As per approved drawings, Demarcation of plots was done by Total Station Machine
(i) RCC Cum brick wall having thickness of 230 mm. (ii) Height of the boundary wall will be 6 feet from 0-0 level.
Two 9 m Roads having length of 70 m each and one 7.5 m road having length of 75 m will be constructed. The road will be constructed in several steps- (i) 3 times backfilling of soil. (ii) After each step of soil feeling, compaction and curing will be done. (iii) 2 times GSB layering having thickness of 150 mm each one 6 m of width on 9 m road and 4.5 m of width on 7.5 m of road, then compaction and curing will be done. (iv) WBM Bituminous layer of thickness 150 mm.
On the remaining 3 m compacted soil (1.5m on each side), we will lay interlocking tiles on the footpath.
For every individual Villa, drinking water connection through 90 degree dia PVC line.
Sewer System will be constructed in following steps- (i) Excavation as per level of sewer in approved drawings (ii) PCC. (iii) NP3 pipes having 300 degree dia of slope in ration of 1/200 will be used in the sewer system. (iv) Backfilling of soil and plaster. (v) Waste water will discharge into sewer pipes, then sewer water will discharge into STP.
(i) Excavation as per level of draining line in approved drawings. (ii) PCC (iii) NP3 pipes having 300 degree dia of slope in ratio of 1/200 will be used in the drainage system. (iv) Backfilling of soil and plaster (v) Drainage water will be discharged into the RWH pit by NP3 pipes.
