The project is demarkated with two roads each of 24 meter running along the south west side and north west side .The plot measures 117.84m in length and 173.38m in breadth . Geographical coordinates of the centre of the project site are 28.33.39.72 N and 77.28.57.22 E. Elevation of the project site is 211m aboe sea level. Project site is well connected with the Greater Noida West Link Road . Nearest railway station is Maripet Station at a distance of 3.8 km from site.
The boundary wall will consist of brick work up to a height of 5ft and with iron grill on top. A storm water drain is running along the boundary wall on 02 sides. The other 02 sides of the boundary wallhave adjoining projects on plot No. GH-04B GH-03B
The project will consist of 8 meter internal wide road to facilitate vehicle and pedestrian movement. The CC roads are complete with VDF flooring which are maintenance free and have longer life spans. The roads in front of lobbies will be finished with pavers laid in design as per architecht . The road on ground floor is bounded by kerb stone and saucer drain towards the boundary wall.
The project will have footpath for pedestrian running along the towers. The footpaths are finished with pavers and or granite stones. The footpaths are illuminated with decorative lights placed at appropriate distance.
The drinking water will be supplied by GNIDA. Service connection amount has been paid as part of sanctioning of drawings. The drinking water system includes 02 raw water tanks summing upto 230 KL raw water received from GNIDA. This raw water after filtration is stored in 02 drinking water tanks of total capacity of 230 kl This drinking water is pumped by hydro pneumatic pumpsto overhead tanks on terrace of each tower.
The project will have own STP installed in premises . 340 KLD stp in 2 phase is proposed and sanctioned. Sever watertreatment includes primary treatment through Bar Screen and Equilisation tanks. Thereafter secondary treatment includes MBBR reactors. Teriary treatment includes multigrade filetr and activated carbon filters. Thereafter the treated water is stored in 02 treated water tanks in STP pump housetotaling 230 kl. The treated water is used in flushing usage and horticulture activities.
Sewer water is treated in an onsite STP plant. The treated water frm STP is proposed to be used in horticulture and flusing activities. The rain water is harvested through a netwrk of 10water harvesting pitseach with a capacity of 28.49 cum water. Storm water drains for internal roads is discharged into storm water drains running beside boundary wall.
The project will be having a central park having a fragrance garden and decorative plants. The project is providing 5000 sqm landscaped area on podium. The planned facilities are Jogging Track, swimming pool, celeberation lawns, pavilions and plaza for sitting, kids play area and gardens., outdoor gymnasium, yoga meditation lawn, amphitheatre, multipurpose court to name a few.
The project will be having trees to comply with the norms of GNIDA. 154 trees are proposed at site towards landscaping. The varietes of trees are 39 Ashoka trees, 38 Gulmohar trees, 39 Botte palms, and 38 bamoo trees. Beside the trees 7703 landscaped green plants will be provided on ground and stilt floor.
The company draw its electricity from grid provided by UPPCL or NPCL. The proposed electrical load is 1857 KW for apartments 507 KW load for common services and 420 KW for EV charging setup. the proposed load will be drawn from NPCL/UPPCL distribution and will be handled by stepdown transformers . The DG bacup is provided by 02 650 KVA DG sets.
The community building are as per sanctioned drawings and are planned on 1444 sqm area. The facilities planned in communty building includes changing rooms and toilet for swimming pool, party hall complete with toilet and kitchen, gymnasium. Billiards and TT room, card room and Indoor games area, 02 guest rooms, kids play area, steam room and sauna room, kitchen and toilet at terrace.

A plant room fr OWC machine measuring 50 sqm , part of solid waste management is sanctioned in submission drawings. Door to door collection system is proposed for collection of domestic waste. the bio degrable waste will be treated in organic waste convertor. the residue from OWC will be used as manure. Recyclable waste will be sold to GNIDA authorised vendors.
The project has been precertified as gold rating under IGBC. Accordingly, project has been proposed to use low flow plumbing fixtures that saves a signifiant amount of water along with usage of pressure reducing valves in water riser.
It is proposed to use solar renewable energy to cater to Common area lighting or 1 OF DEMAND LOAD. All common area and exteroior lights will be LED based. It is proposed to use pumps with mimimum efficiency of 70 percent and motors with efficiency over 85 percent.
Fire fighting pump rooms and fire fihting tanks have been provided for fire protection system. 2 No.s fire tank of capacity 250 kl provided. fire protection includes Main Fire Pumps, Jockey pumps, DG fire pumps, Yard Hydrants, FHC at each floor, sprinklers in each dwelling area, refuge area at 19th floor of each tower. Additionally 10000 L capacity is provided for fire fighting at OH tank in every tower.
The project will be having club with gymnasium and swimming pool.
As a statutory requirement from fire services, refuge area is provided on 1th floor of each tower. Each tower is provided with 02 staircases for evacuation. The width of these staircase are 1500mm and 2000mm.
we have proposed EV charging setup, Green certified glass for building, proper vantilation and PV setup to harness slar lights. A provision has been provided for mechanical parking by providing adequate light in basement to cater to future needs of parking.
