Residential Plots of different sizes, commercial plots, PSP plots as approved by the authority are demarcated on the ground
No boundary wall is being provided by the developer for individual plots
All the main arteries will have flexible pavements with different thicknesses of base depending upon the CBR value of the soil
All main artery roads and sub-artery roads will have footpaths in the shoulders and these footpaths will be finished with the material which will allow rain water percolation into the soil below.

Dual Network, one for roof top rain water connected to Rainwater Harvesting Pits provided at different locations as per the design and the over flow of RWH pits will be connected to the external drainage network. The external drainage network will be provided to carry the roads and plots runoff and finally disposed off into the natural storm drain.
All parks proposed in the layout will be developed with the provision of a tot-lots area, sports activity area, lawn jogging track, and shrub and shady trees as per design.
Trees of different species will be planted on the periphery of the site.
The electrical network designed for the township is as per the Indian Electricity Act and rules, guidelines, and regulations of UP Electricity Supply Code 2005 and guidelines and regulations of UP Electricity Regulatory Commission for electrical distribution networks in Private builders Townships
Plots for various community Building required as per the byelaws have been provided in the township and have been approved by the authorities
Sewerage and Sullage water will be treated in STPs and PHYTORID Technology STP is proposed in the township
Door-to-door collection of Solid Waste arrangements will be made in the township through the maintenance agency.
RWH Pits numbers and sizes based on the design at different locations will be provided in the township. The recycled water from STP will be used for Irrigation purpose.
LED Luminaires will be used in the township.
As it is a township development, provision has been made as per the NBC in the underground water tanks for the water required for firefighting.
Schools from Anganwadi to Highschool level will be developed in the township by the private players. Besides these school community centers, health centers, blood banks, etc. have been provided.
As it is a township development with parks and reasonably sized open areas so evacuations will not be a problem.
The township is been developed with green having neighborhood sports activity centers.
