SUPPLY TO THE PROJECT WILL BE PROVIDED BY TOWNSHIP/MUNICIPAL AUTHORITIES. PROVISION OF WATER SUPPLY IN EACH UNIT THROUGH UPVC PIPELINE WORK. OVERHEAD TANKS WILL BE CONSTRUCTED ON THE BUILDING UNIT FOR 24 HOURS WATER SUPPLY
INTERNAL SEWAGE SYSTEM WILL BE DEVELOPED BY THE COMPANY WITH PROPER MANHOLES AT THE REQUIRED INTERVALS AND EXTERNAL SEWAGE CONNECTION WILL BE CONNECTED TO SEWER OF TOWNSHIP/MUNICIPAL AUTHORITIES THROUGH PVC/CEMENT PIPES
DRAIN VIA HANGING PVC LINES WILL RUN FROM THE ROOF AND FROM EVERY FLOOR TOWARDS THE BASEMENT. EXTERNAL DRAINAGE WILL BE PROVIDED ALONG THE INTERNAL ROADS WITH PROPER WATER HARVESTING PITS.

SINGLE POINT CONNECTION WILL BE TAKEN FROM UPPCL AND ELECTRIC SUPPLY WILL BE PROVIDED TO EACH UNIT THROUGH A SEPERATE METER INSTALLED AT EACH FLOOR. AND COMMON AREA LIGHTING WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY AT THE NECESSARY PLACES. PROJECT INTEGRAL PART OF TOWNSHIP WHERE STREET LIGHTING WILL BE DONE BY TOWNSHIP.

STP PLANT OF APPROXIMATE 80KLD WILL BE CONSTRUCTED AT SITE AND TREATED WATER FROM THE STP WILL BE TAKEN TO A SEPERATE OVERHEAD TANK THROUGH WHICH CONSUMERS CAN USE IT FOR FLUSHING AND IRRIGATION PURPOSES.
COMPOST MACHINE WILL BE INSTALLED IN BASEMENT FOR SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT AND OUTPRODUCT WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY OUTSIDE AGENCY. ALSO AN OUTSIDE AGENCY WILL BE APPOINTED FOR COLLECTION OF GARBAGE
ROOF TOP RAIN WATER HARVESTING SYSTEM AND INTERNAL ROAD SURFACE DRAINAGE WITH RAIN WATER HARVESTING WITH HARVESTING PITS CONSTRUCTED AT REQUIRED INTERVALS
SOLAR ENERGY PANELS WILL BE INSTALLED AT THE ROOFTOP FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMMON AREA LIGHTENING
PA SYSTEM, FIRE ALARMS, FIRE SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEM, SPRINKLERS, EXHAUST FANS WILL BE PROVIDED IN BASEMENT AS PER DRAWINGS OF CONSULTANT

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS WILL BE INSTALLED ON EACH FLOOR AT REQUIRED PLACES. SIGNAGES WILL BE INSTALLED AT THE REQUIRED PLACES IN THE BUILDING FOR ENTRY AND EXIT PURPOSES. STAIRCASE WITH PROPER SIGNAGES WILL BE PROVIDED IN CASE OF EMERGENCY EVACUATION
