Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The total plot size is 8823.84 Sqm on which both phase-1 and phase-2 are being proposed. This phase-2 is for 5758 sq mtrs. Project having one main entrance gate situated on 60 m wide Morawan road.

Boundary Wall

2.0 m high boundary wall with RCC structure and brick work combination. Main gate will be constructed after leaving required road widening.

Road Work

Most of the internal roads will be concrete road with desired finish having adequate width as per norms. Width of road- 6.00 M

Footpath will be as per land scape plans as suggested by architects.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board and will consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting, Fountain, STP, Pump room etc.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Modular Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP and overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system.,when come into force.

Water Conservation System

We will suggest to individual to use low flow fixtures as well dual flush cistern and raw water harvesting system to reduce the water consumption and improve the ground water level.

We will use LED lights fitting in external area as well as solar lights. In Pump room also all the equipment shall have energy efficient motor. And we will suggest to individual also to use.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

We will provide Fire Fighting facility in common areas while Individual owner can install their own system as per their and local authorities requirement.
