A centralised sewer system is provided, by VDA , underground sewer line is constructed which will linked with main sewage disposal pipe of the project as per design of MEP system.

Drain

Storm water system will be provided which will be connected to the main drain line as per specified in plan.

Parks

Parks and greens to be developed by VDA as per layout.

Tree Planting

Many types of bushes and tree will be planted. Planted trees and bushes is the part of green area as per sanctioned plan.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Centralized transformer, HT panel, LT panel, Feeder Pillar for common services like street lighting. is proposed as per sanctioned plan.

Community Buildings

There is no community building proposed in our project.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

A centralised sewer system is provided, by VDA , underground sewer line is constructed which will linked with main sewage disposal pipe of the project as per design of MEP system. Sewage disposal is to be provided accordingly as per norms

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

For Waste management and garbage collection chambers are proposed as per layout and after completing the project it will be handed over to the local municipal corporation.

A well-designed rainwater harvesting system shall be provided.

We will use LED lights as well as solar lights in external areas.
