A 2.4 METER HIGH PER-FABRICATED BOUNDARY WALL WILL BE CONSTRUCTED WITH DEEP FOUNDATION ALONG WITH BARBED WIRE FENCING AT THE TOP .

Road Work

CONCRETE ROADS WITH 150-200 MM GSB, 100-150 MM WMM, 75-100MM PCC AMD 100-125 MM TRIMIX WHEREEVER APPLICABLE AS PER APPROVAED LAYOUT.

Footpaths

AN M-15 GRADE OF PAVER BLOCK/INTERLOCKING TILES WILL BE LAID IN THE PROJECT FOR WAILKING AREAS . TILES WILL BE 60MM THICK AND THE COLOUR PATTERN WILL BE LASTING.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

A POTABLE GROUND WATER SUPPLY THROUGH PUMPING ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE OVER HEAD TANK OF 450,000 LITRES CAPICITY. THE WATER FROM THERE WILL BE DELIVERED THROUGH UNDERGROUND DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLY LINE (UPVC) OF 110 MM.

A SURFACE DRAIN WATER WILL BE COLLECTED THROUGH RCC NC3 PIPE OF 45-600MM AND WILL BE RELEASED TO STORM WATER LINE FOR DISCHARGE.

Parks

THE GREEN AREAS WILL BE LANDSCAPED WITH HARD AND SOFT LANDSCAPING AS PER DESIGN. THE PARKS WILL HAVE FOOTHPATHS, SITTING AREA AND PLAY AREA FOR CHILDREN.

Tree Planting

THE TREES WILL BE PLANTED AT ALL SUITABLE LOCATIONS OF THE PROJECT AND ALONG THE BOUNDARY WALL.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

ELECTRICAL LAYOUT AND CAPACITY WILL BE INSTALLED TO SUFFICE THE DOMESTIC USE. ALL ELECTRICAL CABLING WILL BE UNDERGROUND AND STREET LIGHTS WILL BE AS PER WORKING DRAWINGS.
