Laying of fresh water supply line from underground tank to individual plots with proper air valve, sluice valve in chambers, scour valve, and fire bridage outlet connection at underground tank as per MEP drawings.

Laying of DWC pipes and making of circular Manholes and rectangular manhole of required size eg. ( 600/600 mm) for main line with proper finished formation level, Invert level of Manhole and connection to individual plots as per MEP drawings.

Drain

Laying of DWC/RCC pipes for storm water drainage throughout the projects with circular manholes and rectangular catch Basins size 450/450/450 for individual plots (in plot owner scope), de silting chambers of dia 1.5M and recharge well size 1.2 dia in coordination with finished formation levels, invert level of manhole and flow rate as per MEP drawings.

Parks

Landscaping of parks with plantation including trees, Shrubs and ground covers and recreational areas with benches, sport facilities.

Tree Planting

Tree plantation of Plumeria Alba (Champa) and Palm trees throughout the projects in parks and on roadside to provide shade as per landscape drawings.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Laying of overhead LT and HT cables from Main electricity board connection to transformers and up to plots for individual connections (which shall be directly obtained by the plot owners from the electricity board) along with fixing of 30W /50W street lights on 9m /11m steel tubular poles with provision of required capacity transformers as per UPPCL guidelines
