Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The plots are demarcated as per the sanctioned plan by Agra Development Authority. The length and width of the plots w.r.t to face towards road are all maintained with the state of art survey equipment.

Boundary Wall

A six to eight feet high earth quake resistant boundary wall will be constructed along the project boundary at necessary locations. The brick wall will be plastered and painted. the foundation will be deep.

Road Work

A flexible pavement with bituminous wearing course will be laid to specifications and slopes. A compacted earth + Granular Sub base+ Sub Base + PMC. The road widths are 9m and 7.5 m.

Footpaths

4 to 6 inch paver block will be laid at the periphery and walking areas of park to assist safe walking and at the same time enhancing the beautythrough the colored patterns. M-15 grade paver blocks will be used

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground water will be pumped to Overhead tank . The potable water will then be supplied to pipes to each unit. The tank is earth quake resistant and the IS mark durable pipes will be laid to maintain the desired flow for water consumption in domestic use.

Sewer System

Each unit is connected to a sewer line. The underground sewer line will travel to the sewage treatment plant. The 600m dia. man hole chambers are placed to ensure smooth functioning of sewer line.

Drain

Surface and Sub-surface drains of the designed dimension in the desired slopes are laid to cater for smooth recess of the domestic water . The longitudinal slopes are toward the planned municipal drains where the water will be disposed. Majority of water will be used to recharge the water table.

Parks

Four no. of lush green parks will be maintained in the project as per the approved layout. Parks will have kids play area and sitting areas for elders.

Tree Planting

Multiple number any type of trees will be planted in the project as per plan. The selection of trees will be done to suit the flora and fauna of the project location for the perpetual life and greenery.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

A separate transformer will be installed as per the provisions and approval of local electric board. The load will be sufficient to cater for the domestic and common use of the project to the sanctioned population density. Street lights will be using LEDs to reduce the consumption and to provide better lghting

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

State of Art Multi stage Sewage treatment Plant will be installed as per approved design and specification. The treatment will be within permissible prevailing environmental law before surcharge disposal

A dalab Ghar will be constructed, in addition the Dustbins will be installed in the project for the safe and smooth collection and disposal of waste.

Water Conservation System

A water conservation units will be installed to collect the run offs. Minimum depth of 3 m will be provided which includes collection and filtration chambers.
