Demarcation of Plots

We have one plot of size 4009 sq.mtr. at a prime location in Prayagraj. We are developing 11 plots of different sizes.

1.8 m high with 0.75 m parallel wire fence boundary wall is proposed on east wall only

We will suggest to individual to use low flow fixtures as well as dual flush cistern ad raw water harvesting system to reduce the water consumption and improve the ground water level.

We will use LED lights fitting in external area and street lights.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

For Fire Fighting facility, individual owner will have to install their own system as per their need and local authorities requirements.
