Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

We have plot of size 4260 Sq Meters out of which 443 Sq Meters of land reserved for Road widening and rest is used for said residential project.

Boundary Wall

All side of plot well covered from 230 m m thick and 2 meters high red bricks based boundary wall and at front a main entrance gate constructed.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground Water will be used for all purpose through overhead water tank. Drinking water will be used after purification. A branded Purifier will be provided to all residents from us.

Through existing Municipal Sewer Line. All sewerage water shall go to the STP, and overflow from STP shall be connected with the Municipal sewerage system.

We will design and implement the system as per the local electricity board and will consider Centralized transformer HT and LT panel Fedder Pillar and df back for common service like external lighting .

Community Buildings

A 900 Sq Feet community center shall be provided in basement area of the said project.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Modular Sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage system shall go to STP, and overflow shall be connected with the Municipal Sewerage System

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

There are a proper garbage collection area provided for the solid waste management.

Water Conservation System

A well design Rain Water Harvesting System shall be provided for the whole building complex to conserve water as per requirements.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

We will use LED lights fittings in external and internal area of flat

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

This project has only residential flat hence we will provide fire fitting facility in common area and as per the terms of Fire Department.
