Boundary Wall

The Promoter has provided 9" Brickwork with an RCC frame Boundary Wall. The project is situated in an already registered GH project wherein a boundary exists.

Road Work

The promoter has provided Road work 60mm thick paver block laid over sand bed over rammed earth. The project is in an already registered GH project with road work already done.

Not Applicable on this project phase.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The Promoter has provided 2 nos. borewells with Overhead Tanks in the project for water supply to its allottees.

Sewer System

The promoter has provided an underground system using UPVC(SN-4) sewer pipes in the project for allottees.

Drain

The promoter has provided an underground system using RCC for drain work.

Parks

The promoter has provided green open areas for Parks wherein many type of trees will be planted for the allottees of the project.

The promoter has provided Trees & flowers planted in front of every row house for the beautification of the project.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

The promoter has provided 400 KVA Transformer , Metal polls using LED lights for street lighting. The same has already been developed in the project for ease of living for allottees.

The promoter has provided Community Hall, fully equipped gymnasium, swimming pool, synthetic badminton court in the earlier phase of the project, the customers of this project will have access to it.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

In the entire project, sewage drains are connected to the new main sewage line of the city.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

The Solid Waste Management And Disposal System has been developed and the same are collected by Society and disposed by Municipality.

Water Conservation System

Rainwater Harvesting system has been provided with dedicated borewell for water conservation in the Project.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

The Solar panels has been provided on terrace for energy management. It is attached to grid through common society meter.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Fire Fighting facility provided in common areas while Individual owner can install their own system as per their and local authorities requirement.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Not Applicable for this project phase.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Balcony will also be used for evacuation. Assembly points areas will be demarcated for earthquake and other possible disasters.
