Each plot will be demarcated as per the layout plan approved by Agra Development Authority. The state -of-Art Equipment will be put to use to keep the measurements and alignments as is.
This is a Access controlled residential project with single gate entry. Keeping the safety of residents on priority an 8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed. The brick wall will be plastered and painted. The foundation of the wall will stand against atmospheric pressures and Earthquakes.
A flexible pavement will be constructed as the project roads. The pavement layers will be compacted to the desired density with suitable compaction keeping the desired/required longitudinal and transverse gradient. The Pavement layers over subgrade are Granular Sub-base, Granular base in two layers and premix carpet as wearing course.
A paver block multicolored foot paths will be laid in the project at the identified locations. An M-30 Grade block 4 to 6 inch deep will be laid on a sand bed to assist safe and smooth walking surface along park periphery.
A potable Ground water Supply will be installed to provide water to all the units of the project . A water Pipe line will be laid at the desired gradient to maintain the flow to all the units. The water connection will also be placed at parks and suitable common areas.
The hume pipes of designed diameters and length will be installed through out the project. Inlets from each unit will lead in to the common sewerage pipes. The waste will then the lead to the Municipal sewer line. Inspection chambers will be installed to cater for any blockage.
Lined open/under ground drain will be laid across the project maintaining the longitudinal and transverse gradient . The size of drains will be so designed to provide easy disposal . Inspection chambers to assist smooth flow will be installed .
Two Parks of 1450 Sq.m each will be developed. The parks will be provided with benches, Play area for kids and walking areas as well. The lush green grass bed will be laid in the parks and the trees will be planted along the hedge.
The maximum possible trees of different type will be planted in the project land as per the landscape plan. The trees selected will be all weather trees providing the shade and natural beauty to the project.
A separate transformer bearing the capacity to cater for projects common area needs and all domestic use will be installed as per Torrent powers design. Electrical connections will lead to each individual unit and common areas. The sufficiently high street lights will be installed for clear vision at night hours.

A dalab Ghar will be constructed as per the approved layout to cater for the solid waste generated . In addition a detachable dust bin will be installed at all suitable location to collect the waste.
4 Numbers of Rain water harvesting system pits will be installed . 2 in each park. The roof/storm water will be collected in the pits tat in turn will help recharge the ground water table.
