Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

All the Plots will be demarcated as per the layout plan approved by Mathura-Vrindavan Development Authority. The state of Art measurements will be conducted to keep the orientations and dimensions as per approved layout.

Boundary Wall

8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed at all open locations of the project periphery to create a single access colony. The earthquake resistant brick-wall with deep foundation and pillars will be constructed and laid in cement mortar. Plastered and painted to enhance asthetics

Road Work

Earth would be compacted to longitudinal and transverse slopes then an aggregate layers would be laid and compacted to desired density and topped with sand and 4-6 inches of M-20 paver blocks

Footpaths

Foot paths will be laid at the periphery of parks . Earth will be compacted and Paver blocks will be laid over sand for smooth walks.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Individual or joint Submersible PVC pipes would be installed for each plot as approved by MVDA. The PVC pipes would be deeper than the Water Table. The contraptions for water connection would be provided for each plot.

Sewer System

Sub surface sewer system would be laid through out the project. The individual septic tanks to cater for the domestic needs would be constructed for all plots. The wastes would then be transferred to mechanical STP and then disposed off to the municipal sewer line.

Drain

Lined/ Unlined drain both Surface and subsurface will be installed through out the project. The check points will be constructed to clear the blockage. The drain would be laid as per levels and slopes to assist easy and early drain-off.

Parks

Three big and 7 small lush green parks will be provided as per approved layout and landscape. the Parks will be provided with bench and the trees along the periphery.

Tree Planting

Various types of trees will be planted at all possible location of the project. Primarily at the periphery of parks and along the boundary wall.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Electric supply and common street lighting will be provided as per approved designs of DVVNL. A dedicated transformer with designated load of the project as per DVVNL will be installed .

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

A mechanical Sewage treatment plant will be installed in the project spanning to approximately 55 square meters. State of art technology will be used to treat the sewage and dispose the permissible waste in to the municipal sewer

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

a 15sq.m areas Dalab ghar will be constructed for the disposal of waste . In addition to it the Dustbins will be installed at all common locations of the project

Water Conservation System

1.8X1.57 m RWH Pits going 10m deep with Sand , Gravel and Ballast layer of a meter each to recharge the water table catering the runoff of the project land will be installed at all designated locations of the project
