Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

Out of total township, 10475.33 square meter plot having 1 main gate from road which has been has been completed.

Boundary Wall

2 meter hight and 230 mm thick brick work and rcc work in column and beam. Boundary wall preparation work is under progress and will be completed after completion of construction work.

Road Work

from the main entrance gate we have 80 mm thick interlocking brick/rcc road, Road work is completed approx 85 percent and will be completed after completion of building construction work.

Footpaths

Approx 85 percent work of Footpaths work is completed

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

We have constructed 2 water tank in the township to supply water which will supply water .

Sewer System

All sewerage water shall be go to the STP which has been constructed in the township .

Drain

Strom water shall be provided. Strom water from roads and other landscape area shall be connected to the storm water drain channel and to to the rain water. Drain work is also under progress and about 85 percent work get completed.

Parks

We have provided green area with different activities which has already been completed in the township.

Tree Planting

Tree Plantation area is under this phases, It is part of overall township and have been completed under other phases.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

we have designed and implemented the system as per electricity board and have considered centralized transformer, HT panel, LT panel, Feeder pillar for common services like external lighting, STP, pump room etc.

Community Buildings

This area is part of other phases under the township and not situated under this phase.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

All sewerage water shall go to the STP and overflow from the STP shall be connected with municipal sewerage. STP has been constructed in the township.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

There is a proper garbage collection area provided for solid waste management which is situated in the township.

Water Conservation System

Flushing water demand shall be fulfill by STP treated water which is situated in the township.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

We will use LED light fitting in all areas which will help to reduce electricity consumption. In pump room also all the equipment shall have energy efficient motor. And we will suggest to residents also to use energy saving equipment.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

This is not part of this phases as it is part of other phases which is under progress.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

This is not part of this phases

This is not part of this phases

Other Miscellaneous Work

All other miscellaneous work is under progress and will be completed once the construction work is completed.
