Demarcation of Plots

the project land will be demarcated by its boundary wall to the exact. size ans orientation as per sanctioned map by lucknow devlopment authority

Boundary Wall

Around 1100mtr long boundary wall to be constructed with fencing. a2.5 m high boundary wall of brick and plaster will be constructied with deep foundation to be earthquake resistant. the wall will then be plastered and painted as per asthetics.

Road Work

a pavement quality concrete will be laid on the top of compacted dry lean concrete base.

Footpaths

Foothpaths will be constructed by using Interlocking tile.
