There are total of 122 plots in this project. The plots will be demarcated with latest measurement methods to the exact dimension and orientation as per the approved maps.
A 6 to 8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed to ensure the privacy of the project. The boundary wall will be constructed in Brick-Mortar. The foundation of the boundary wall will be minimum 3 feet deep and will be designed to be earthquake resistant. The boundary wall will be plastered and Painted will all weather paint.
Roads will be constructed as per the approved dimensions and orientation maintaining the transverse and longitudinal slopes. The crust will comprise of the compacted Subgrade to the minimum depth of 300 mm. The Granular layers will be laid on top of it and compacted to the minimum of 95 percent compaction. The wearing course providing the smooth riding quality will be paved over it.
The footpaths will be constructed at the periphery of the part and all desired/required locations using paver blocks. The four to six inches paver blocks with minimum strength of M-15 grade will be laid on the on the compacted bed with sand bed of minimum 40mm.
This project is an extension of the existing project adjacent to this one by the name " Bhawna City" . Both these projects are to share the common facilities as per the approvals by Agra Development Authority. The Over head tank is part of other project that will cater for this project as well. The PVC underground pipe lines will be laid leading to all the units of the project. The connection will be made to the terrace tanks of the villas .The Potable ground water will be supplied to the OHT through submersible pump set
Impermeable hume Pipes will be laid be laid to collect the domestic sewer. The pipes are laid at slopes to cater the smooth dispersal of the sewer to the sewage treatment plant. The man holes will be constructed at regular intervals and at change in slopes and direction of flow to maintain the efficiency of the sewer system
Lined covered and open drains will be constructed to the minimum cross sectional dimension to cater for the waster water from the residential units and the rain water . The slopes of the the drains and the CD structures will be maintained to assist the rapid regress of the the drain water.
In total there will be 5 parks in the entire project inclusive of both phases. 1 park is specific to this phase of project . The parks will be lush green maintaining the landscape . There will sitting arrangements for the elderly and playing areas for the kids
All season trees will be planted in the project along the park boundaries and project periphery. The tress selected are suitable to the soil ( Flaura and Fauna ) of the area.
The entire project is in two phases, the electrical load sanctions are done by the Torrent power Limited and the transformers are installed. The electrical connect underground or over head will be lead to each unit and the connection will be provided through distribution boxes . The 4.5 m high street lights will be erected along the rad sections and the suitable common areas of the project.

Sewage treatment plant is common for both the phases of the project.. The state of the art multi treatment stage STP will be installed in the project to cater for the domestic sewer. The sewer will be treated to bring the effluents levels below the permissible levels of contamination if any and will then be removed as per Nagar-Nigam norms
The project will have designated dustbins located at the common areas . The arrangement for the cleaning and the collection of waste the waste from the project . A dalab ghar will also be constructed as per Approve map.
Rain water harvesting systems will be installed in the projects having harvesting and percolation pits with multistage granular filters and maintenance chamber . The perforated pipes filled with sand will lead the catchment areas collected water post treatment to the water table recharging the same .
The solar panels will be installed to cater for all the common lighting requirements of the project.
