The Plots will be demarcated as per the sanctioned plan to the exact dimensions and orientations.
Approximately 9 feet high, earth quake resistant boundary wall to be constructed. The project will have single entry exit to provide security and ease.
Flexible or Rigid Pavement as per section requirement will be constructed over the compacted subgrade/embankment. A suitable granular drainage layers, base course and wearing course will be laid to assist good and strong roads with smooth riding surface.
Paver Block will be laid over a levelled and compacted surface along the parks and at all suitable locations. the patters will be selected to accentuate the aesthetics
Overhead water tank will be constructed to cater for the current as well as future extension of the project/part. The ground water will be pumped through s submersible pump system. The water usage is restricted to domestic purpose in this project. The water will then be supplied to individual unit through under ground piping system.
Under ground sewer system will be connected to each unit and will cater for the domestic discharge and will lead to the Sewage Treatment Plant.
Lined Surface/Sub-surface drains of designed capacity will be laid to cater for the domestic discharge.
4 Lush green parks will be constructed in the project as per approved plan.
Trees will be planted along the parks periphery and at all suitable locations. Type will be selected as per the success seen in the locality and to create homogienity with the surrounding
The approved transformer by the authority will be installed at specified location on project and the connections catering for domestic usage will be provided to each unit. Aesthetically pleasing street lights will be installed along the roads and boundary wall to provide suitable visibility .
The community buildings/structures will be constructed.
The state-of-Art Sewage treatment plant will be installed at site to treat the domestic discharge. A multi stage environment friendly technology will be used to produce sufficient and efficient treatment.
A dalab ghar and suitable bins will be installed to create effective solid waste management in line with guidelines of municipal corporation
Ran water harvesting well will be constructed to cater form rain and storm water.
Solar panels will be installed to cater for street lights and other common lights.
