Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We have designed the system as per the Local electricity board and consider centralized Transformer, HT Panel, LT Panel, Feeder pillar and DG Backup for common services like external lighting, common STP, pumproom, guardroom, etc.

Community Buildings

We are not providing community building yet but we have plan in future if VDA will give the permission.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Centralized Sewage system shall be provided. All severe water shall drained in to the STP for treatment. After that water shall be recycled and will be used in gardening, vehicle washing, etc. Overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system in future or a seasonal natural drain running around the site boundary.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

We will provide garbage collection point in the society and dustbins at different locations in building for solid waste management.

Water Conservation System

As per government norms, we are providing rain water harvesting system for the society.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

We will provide energy saving LEDs light in common areas like passage, stairs, boundary walls etc. Solar Voltaic Panels will be fixed on terrace to provide renewable source of energy for common areas in building campus.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

We will provide all fire fighting safety equipment as per government norms to protect the society from any fire hazards.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

We are providing common washrooms for the visitors/drivers, free drinking water facility, guard rooms, etc.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Fire staircase is provided in each building as per VDA Approved map with the fire resistance doors and basement access and exit.

Other Miscellaneous Work

We will provide grand entrance gate and waiting area, etc.
