Demarcation of Plots

This is single plot of roughly rectangular shape , having total 3 no. of entry gate in which 1 main gate having grand entrance from the 30m wide front road and rest of 2 are secondary gates from 9 m wide road. Site is surronded by other plots on two side

Boundary Wall

1.8 - 2.1m high and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed . AAC block work and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. Entrance gates will be created at the main entrance .Steel Gates will used at secondary entrances

Bituman based road will be created for all internal road works with concrete pavers at certain junction points

There is one main central park between the towers with different recretional activities. There are more green parks by the boundary wall on two sides of the complex

There are 5 type of trees povided in site which are kachnar, gulmauhar, amaltas, kusum and neem.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We have design the system as per local electricity Board and consider centralized Transformer,HT panel,LT Panel,Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting,STP,Pump room etc.

Community Buildings

Community activity area shall be provided at the terrace level which shall be accessed by all residents

Since the building is less than 45m in height all the fire norms shall be followed as NBC and approval of fire department

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage ,Storm water and water supply system shall be Provided. We have Proposed common Pump Room with Primary filteration, Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use & Flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks. All Sewgage shall be go to the STP for recycling the water. Emergency Evacuation Services
