Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

As per approved sanction plan, this is rectangular shaped plot, having total 02 nos. of Entry / Exit gate from 45 mtr wide front road.

Boundary Wall

1.8 - 2.1 mtr high and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed. Brick work of 9 inches and RCC work in beam - columns shall be used as per design. Broad Entrance Gates shall be developed with Boundary Wall.

Road Work

Trimix / Asphalt Road will be provided as per design suggested by the Architect for internal road.

Footpaths

All internal roads shall have footpath with matt finish tile pavers or equivalent as per landscape design

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

All units shall be provided with domestic water supply for house hold activities and STP treated water for flushing. Users can have their individual RO system for flushing. The STP treated water shall also be supplied for irrigation purposes. For the same, water tanks are getting created on terrace. Separate tanks are provided for fire water.

Sewer System

Tree Planting

The trees of category ornamental, shady and native species shall be planted in the entire project as per the species recommended in the landscape in order to maintain greenery & natural view.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

The Electrical system have been designed as per local Electricity Board, and centralized system has been considered consists Transformer, HT Panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar, and DG system

Community Buildings

Fully centralized Club House is proposed consists Restaurant, Indoor Play Area, Swimming Pool & Gym etc. including provisions of Shops.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

All the Fire norms shall be followed as NBC and approval of Fire Department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Green / Landscape area in front / beside of building including green parks, play areas for children & different recreational activities.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Fire Staircase shall be provided in each building with fire resistant doors, basements have one access and exit in case of emergency. Dedicated assembly areas shall be defined in the campus. Adequate signages shall also be provided.
