150 RMT, 10 feet wide Boundary wall of Bricks.

6 m wide and 150 m long Concrete Road with Bituminous cover with high-quality concrete pavers.

Footpaths

The footpath will be built through inter-locking tiles.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Overhead tanks shall be provided on the building terrace for distribution through gravity. End-user shall use their individual RO system.

Sewer System

139 m long, centralized Sewerage System shall be provided which will be connected to Municipal Sewerage Line.

Drain

The storm water system shall be provided which will be connected to Municipal Drain Line.

Parks

There is no Park in our Tower. However, there are three Green Areas as per approved plan of the whole Project.

Tree Planting

There are several provisions for Tree Planting as per the approved area of the whole Project.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We have designed the system as per Local Electricity Board and consider centralized transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar, and DG back-up for common services like Lift, External Lighting and Pump room.

There are no community buildings in our Project.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

A centralized sewerage system shall be provided which will be connected to Municipal Sewerage System.

There is a proper garbage collection area for solid waste management.

Water Conservation System

A well-designed rainwater harvesting system shall be provided.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

We will use LED lights as well as Solar Lights in External Areas as well as on the Roof.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Since the building is less than 50 meters in height all the Fire norms shall be followed as per NBC and the approval of the Fire department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage, Stormwater and Overhead Tank facilities shall be provided.

Emergency Evacuation Services

The staircase will be provided with emergency exit doors.

Other Miscellaneous Work

Luxurious Entrance Lobby shall be provided.
