Demarcation of Plots

Manual collection and organic waste converted shall be provided in the Project.

Water Conservation System

Recycling of treated water and rainwater system shall be provided.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Single point metering will be there for energy purchase from the grid/ power supply company.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Fire tender road shall be provided as per NBC. Fire fighting system along with pumps and water storage tanks shall be provided as per NBC and NOC from fire department

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Facilities of STP, organic waste converted shall be provided.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Staircase shall be constructed in the tower to exit in emergency exit as per norms.

Other Miscellaneous Work

Building space, retail shops, etc. shall be sold.
