All the plots will be levelled and demarcated to the exact dimension and orientation as per the sanctioned map from Agra Development Authority. We are also in process to apply for some individual house maps with ADA, the same will be intimated to U.P.RERA once the approvals are obtained.
A seven feet high boundary wall will be constructed along the project boundary for the safe and controlled access in to the project. The brick wall will be constructed in cement mortar then plastered and painted. The boundary wall foundation will be 4 feet deep.
The road will be constructed using the latest techniques. The Subgrade, Drainage Layer , Sub-base and the wearing course will be constructed wit select material and compacted to minimum density of 95 percent. Longitudinal and transverse slopes will be maintained for smooth riding surface and quick removal of rain water.
Interlocking paver tiles will be placed on the compacted earth over the sand bed of 40 to 50 mm. The paver block will be of M-20 grade providing the anti-slippery surface for walking. The paver block will be installed at suitable locations and in the periphery of park.
Ground water will be extracted through a submersible pump delivered to the Overhead tank. The Long lasting PVC pipe lines will then be placed underground to lead up to each and every plot. The Potable cum drinking water will be provided for the domestic purpose.
A sewer lines will be constructed using off site and in-situ methods, A 600mm dia. concreted piies will be laid and the distribution will done in accordance t number of domestic units. The slopes will be maintained to take the waste to the Sewage treatment plant. Inspection chambers will be constructed at required distance and bends for the maintenance of sewer line.
Lined covered and open drains will be constructed with Brick and cement mortar plastered with rich cement sand mix . The depth of the drain and the slope will assist the continuous and smooth removal of drain water .
A lush green park will be developed to the area as per the sanctioned map. The park will have play area for children and relaxing area for elders. The hedge will be developed along the periphery of park along with trees.
Multiple tree types will be planted . The plants will be selected to enhance the beauty of the project at the same time the ones that the soil type of project will suit to.
A dedicated Transformer is planned. There will be 7 electric poles and and electric room. The power connection will be s per load sanction by DVVNL for the domestic cum residential usage in the project . The distribution boxes will be installed and individual connection line will be provided for each unit

The multi stage Sewage treatment plant will b installed in the project . The Readymade plant will be installed . the casing chambers will be constructed with leach proof design. The treated waste will be disposed at the designated disposal point.
A dalab ghar will be constructed in the project . in addition the dustbins will be placed at common areas.
rain water harvesting pit and recharge well will be constructed. The perforated pipe connected to the pit will go to minimum depth of 10m that will help recharge the water table. The maintainable filter layers will be placed before rain water reaches the water table.
