In addition to this, fire safety mechanism, alarms, sprinklers, fire extinguishers/ hydrants and other equipment shall be in strict compliance with the Fire Satefy Norms (as amended and in force) and approved Fire Fighting Plans. All levels will be marked with fire exit direction signages and building evacuation plan.
The facade of the building is planned in the manner that makes the area beautiful and appealing thereby creating a value addition to the entire Sector (131). Provisions shall be done to make the entire building structure earthquake resistant as per the the approved plans. Further provisions are being made so that the building is well lit with natural light and spaces between the building shall be made for proper air thoroughfare.
