Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The terrace and balconies of the building to be drained by means of down take pipes while open areas and roads would be drained into drains which are aligned along the roads within the complex as per Landscape designs.

Parks

Landscaping of the parks with plantation including trees, shrubs and ground covers and recreational areas with Swimming Pool, sports facilities and walkways.

Tree Planting

Habitable Shading Local trees/Fruit trees throughout the project in parks and on roadside as per landscape drawings.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

The power shall be made available and metered by UPPCL separately for common services and at a multipoint for consumers wherein meterboards shall be placed at respective floors in each tower along with the rising mains. Provision of DG backup shall be made and metered by prepaid meter. Separate HT metering rooms for individual and common.

Community Buildings

The Club house shall be provided with Gymnasium and fitness centre, Gaming zone, Banquet Hall.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Provision of sewage treatment plant is proposed to treat waste water generated. Recycle of treated effluent will reduce the total net fresh water demand of project. Thereby reducing the load on ground water sources and dependency on municipal supply.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Segregation of dry and wet garbage with separate dustbins.

Water Conservation System

Rain water harvesting and ground water recharging for roof and non-roof areas is provided. The total volumetric capacity of recharge structures shall be as per regulation norms. Providing Latest Irrigation systems such as per drip irrigation/sprinkler system to reduce water consumption in horticulture.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Provision of Solar panels to reduce the electrical load of common areas.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Fire tender path shall be provided as per NBC. Fire fighting systems along with pumps and water storage tanks shall be provided as per NBC norms.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Kids Play areas, Outdoor Gym. Swimming Pool and Walkways.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Staircases shall be provided In Basement all the Towers for fire/ emergency exit as per norms.
