Segregation of dry and wet garbage with separate dustbins.
Rain water harvesting and ground water recharging for roof and non-roof areas is provided. The total volumetric capacity of recharge structures shall be as per regulation norms. Providing Latest Irrigation systems such as per drip irrigation/sprinkler system to reduce water consumption in horticulture.
Provision of Solar panels to reduce the electrical load of common areas.
Fire tender path shall be provided as per NBC. Fire fighting systems along with pumps and water storage tanks shall be provided as per NBC norms.

Staircases shall be provided In Basement all the Towers for fire/ emergency exit as per norms.
