Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The Plots will be demarcated as per the approved plan. The exact dimension and orientation will maintained using the state of art measuring instruments.

Boundary Wall

Six to Eight Feet high boundary wall will be constructed at the required location. The boundary wall will be of bricks with cement mortar plastered and painted. The Foundation will be 4 to 5 feet deep and the wall will be earthquake resistant.

Road Work

Flexible pavement will be constructed with compacted Subgrade, Compacted Sub-base, Compacted Base and the wearing course. The layers will be well compacted and the surface course will provide smooth riding and anti skid surface.

Footpaths

The paver blocks will be laid over the layer of sand base. The interlocking tiles will be of M-20 Grade providing the rough surface for smooth walks. The Footpaths will be along the sections of road and periphery of park.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground water will be pumped through a submersible pump to 30Kl Over head tank. There on the PVC underground pipes will be laid to each plot. The potable/ drinking water will be supplied for the domestic and garden purpose of the project.

Sewer System

600mm diameter hume-pipes will be laid maintaining the correct slopes towards the sewage treatment plant . The inspection chambers will be installed for future maintenance. The Dimensions of pipes are as per design to cater for the domestic sewer .

Drain

Lined open drains will be constructed. The section of 45oX45o will be maintained in a notch shape to maintain the flow and rapid discharge of rain water and domestic waste water. The CD will be installed at the desired location for the single discharge point.

Parks

A lush green park with kids playing area and walking area will be constructed .

Tree Planting

Variety of trees will be planted along the boundary wall and the periphery of the park. The plants will be selected as to maintain the beauty of the project and having long life.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

The Separate transformer will be installed for the project . The load will be designed by the electrical department . The connection will be given to each plot through distribution boxes and the electrical poles .

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

A multi stage Sewage treatment plant will be installed in the designated project area . The domestic sewage will be treated and the effluents will be brought down to the permissible limits . The Disposal will be done to the designated space till the time the municipal sewer lines are not installed by the municipal corporation

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

A dalab Ghar will be made in the project to the measure of 54 square meter as approved by the Agra Development Authority. In addition the Dustbins will be placed at common areas to keep the project neat and clean. The waste collection will be s per the corporation laws.

Water Conservation System

A rain water harvesting pit will be installed to recharge the water table. The series of filtration layers will be placed to help reducing the toxic leachates , if any . The perforated pipe will be taken to the depth of min. 10 m. The collection pit will have the maintenance chamber
