Clearing and Levelling of Project Land to the desired compaction and levels. Marking the 91 plots as per the approved map with respect to the exact dimensions and orientations. Maintaining the road widths as per approved map. Latest survey technology is being adopted to ensure the above.
Sis to Eight feet high boundary wall will be constructed to safeguard the access to the project land. Barbed wire will be installed on top of boundary wall wherever necessary. The boundary wall foundation will be four to five feet deep and earth quake resistant. The wall will be constructed in Brick-Mortar. Plastered and painted thereon.
The flexible pavement is proposed in the the project for smooth and safe riding. The embankment if needed will be compacted to desired level and specified compaction. The subgrade of 300mm will be compacted to the specified density. Granular sub-base and base course will be compacted as separate layers with approved material. Premix carpet of 20mm with seal coat will be compacted to serve as wearing coat/ riding surface.
Foot path will be laid at all desired locations including the periphery of the parks. Four to Six inch paver blocks of M-15 grade will be laid over the compacted earth and 40mm sand buffer. The interlocking tiles will provide the anti-skid surface for smooth walking and aesthetically pleasing environment.
A potable ground water supply is proposed for the project. The ground water will be pumped to the 35000l over head tank . The water will then be supplied to each unit through gravitational l flow maintaining the desired flow rate through the head maintained in overhead tank. PVC pipes will be laid to cater for the flow of uninterrupted water supply to each unit.
600mm diameter main sewer line will be laid. The collection and inspection chambers will be constructed for each unit. The sewer pipes will be laid to provide the continuous flow of domestic discharge . Man-holes will be installed at junctions to clear the flow if required. The sewer will be directed towards to Sewage treatment plant.
Open and covered lined drains will be constructed in the project to cater for the domestic waste. The Notch design of the drains will help maintain the head and continuous flow of the drain water and waste. The dimension of the drains will be so designed to efficiently cater for the waste. Lining will be done with approved Sand Cement mix resistant to cuts
Two parks s per the sanctioned map of the project will be developed in the project. The parks will have play area for the kids. The lush green parks will have the hedge boundaries. The slope of the park will be maintained to assist rain water harvesting and the landscape plans
Variety of trees will be planted along the park peripheries and all the suitable locations of the project. The tress will be selected as per the flora and fauna of the the project locations.
The project will have separate dedicated transformer as per the approved load by the electrical board. The over and underground electric supply will be installed. The connection lines will lead to each unit for installation of individual meters. 4.5 m high Street lights will be installed along the roads and at common areas. Distribution boxes will be installed at all required locations to maintain uninterrupted supply of power.

A fifty square meter area is dedicated for the Sewage treatment plant. The state of the art pre fabricated treatment plant will be installed to cater and treat the domestic sewage. The multi stage treatment will be done prior to the disposal of the waste to the municipal sewer line.
A thirty square meter area is dedicated for the dalab ghar for the disposal of solid waste. Other than this the marked dustbins will be placed at all suitable locations to bifurcate and collect the solid waste.
Rain water harvesting pit will be installed to recharge the the ground water table. The pit will be of the proposed depth of 60 meters. A perforated PVC pipes will be installed. A Collection chamber and a multi stage gravel gradation filteration will be done before allowing the water to seep in
