This is a single plot having 1 total no. of entry gate and 1 no. of exit gate from the 18m wide front road and 9m internal road.
2 m high and 200 mm thick boundary wall designed. Brick work of 9 inches and RCC work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.
Concerete road with bituminous cover/ high quality concrete pavers will be used as per design as suggested by architect for internal road.
Footpaths shall be provided as per the requirement.
Ground water will be used. End user shall use their individual RO system as per their requirement. Overhead tanks shall be provided for distribution through gravity.
Centralized sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall go to STP for treatment and after treatment, water shall be recycled and it will be used in gardening, overflow from STP shall be connected with Municipal sewerage system.
