THE PROJECT LAND WILL BE DEMARCATED BY ITS BOUNDARY WALL TO THE EXACT SHAPE AND SIZE AS PER THE SITE PLAN SANCTIONED BY NOIDA AUTHORITY

The Provision of Community Building is Not Applicable in our project as per sanction plan of Noida Authority
The provision of Sewage treatment plant for treatment of sewage and sullage waste. The plant shall consist of preliminary, secondary (chemical biological) and tertiary treatment units.
Provision of solid waste management and disposal system will as per the norms applicable thereon at the time of operation of the project.
Low water flow fixtures are used to conserve the water for the Project.
Less or Non-movement area sensor shall be provided. Hybrid solar systems shall be provided as renewable energy. It will be synchronizing the mains supply.
As per fire norms provided in NBC-2016. with the fire tender, sprinkler system, smoke detectors, Fire alarms systems provided as per approved plan
The Social infrastructure and other Public Amenities including PHS will be provided as per applicable laws and as per the sanctioned authority in due course
