Demarcation of Plots

THE PROJECT LAND WILL BE DEMARCATED BY ITS BOUNDARY WALL TO THE EXACT SHAPE AND SIZE AS PER THE SITE PLAN SANCTIONED BY NOIDA AUTHORITY

Boundary Wall

2400MM High Boundry wall of Combination of RCC Column/beam with brickwork/MS work.

Road Work

Road work is proposed with Trimix Concreate flooring with P.C.C. base.

Footpaths

Footpaths is proposed with Combination of Kerb Stone/pavers on compacted subgrade which will be lasting and visible at all conditions.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The main source of drinking water will be groundwater and shall be extracted through tubewell and supplied by an underground and overhead water tank.

Sewer System

The soil and waste shall be carried down in separate independently vented pipes. Two pipe drainage systems shall be adopted as per ASPE standards.

Drain

A separate and independent rainwater drainage system shall be provided for collecting rainwater.

Parks

The provision of parks in our project will be as per the sanction plan approved by the Noida Authority for the entire project in future.

Tree Planting

Proposed native adaptive Planting sceheme in such a way that the plating design responds to the physiological needs of the place and also enhances the usability and aesthetics of the space. Road-side planting is considered with large canopy trees in series to impart a look of covered avenue. Medium sizeed deciduous flowering trees are considered around pathways and major green areas.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

33kV incoming supply shall be provided which shall be converted in 415V supply and same shall feed entire system. The time switch operated street light shall be provided the Lux level shall be met as per NBC-2016 guidelines.

Community Buildings

The Provision of Community Building is Not Applicable in our project as per sanction plan of Noida Authority

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

The provision of Sewage treatment plant for treatment of sewage and sullage waste. The plant shall consist of preliminary, secondary (chemical biological) and tertiary treatment units.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Provision of solid waste management and disposal system will as per the norms applicable thereon at the time of operation of the project.

Water Conservation System

Low water flow fixtures are used to conserve the water for the Project.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Less or Non-movement area sensor shall be provided. Hybrid solar systems shall be provided as renewable energy. It will be synchronizing the mains supply.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

As per fire norms provided in NBC-2016. with the fire tender, sprinkler system, smoke detectors, Fire alarms systems provided as per approved plan

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

The Social infrastructure and other Public Amenities including PHS will be provided as per applicable laws and as per the sanctioned authority in due course

Emergency Evacuation Services

Sufficient wide range of Staircase as desired with signage planned as per NBC-2016
