The total approved area is of size 9156 aq. mtr. (after deduction of road widening) exist at Lucknow Sultanpur highway , having 1 main entrance gate from the 76m wide front road(Extension of the project will be planned in due course)

Storm water shall be connected to the Storm water drain, through DWC/RCC hume pipes (Dia 150mm above) and go to the rain water harvesting pit for recharge of ground water and overflow shall be connected with Municipal drain Line.
We will provide 1378.16 Sq. Mt. Green Area with different activities and kids play area
We will provide 83 Nos of Trees in green area along with boundary wall
Electrical infrastructure will be developed as per approved electrical drawings
Club community centre with good amenities. It will be run and maintained by RWA. Same club will also be used by the residents of future extension.
Treatment and disposal of sewage and sludge water will be done through vendor of municipal body
There will be a proper Garbage collection area for the solid waste management.
Rain water Harvesting System for recharging of water and improve the ground water level
We will use LED lights and Solar water heating system as per approved drawing. In pump room also all the equipments shall have energy efficient motor.
We will provide Fire fighting facility as per approved drawing in common areas.
