Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

All plots are being demarcated in the layout being attached as per the approved sanction plan. Block A-A01 to A64 having an average area of 1850Sq. Ft. and Block B B01 to B136 having an average area of 1225 Sq. Ft.

All plots are covered with the boundary wall of atleast 4 feets. The colony would be having the outer walls of atleast 6 feets.

Road Work

Black top road has been proposed in the colony. The roads would be 9 metres wide as per the attached approved layout.

Paved footpath are being proposed in the approved layout.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Water pipelines would be laid for the general utilities and for the cleanliness of the colony. Water supply would be from the master tank and pipelines would be laid to plots and villas.
