Demarcation of Plots

Demarcation of Plots already done at site before the start of the project.

Boundary wall of plot already done. Remaining touch-up work will be done after completion.

Road Work

Since the project is at corner and it is small project their is no road work required to be done. However, we will repair any wears n tears after completion.

Footpaths

Project is on the corner of the street. There is no specific footpath requirement, however, will do building foot path work at the time of completion.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Drinking water facility available from "Jal Kal Departments" also back-up support available thru pump. We will install tank at the ceiling before completion of project.

Sewer System

Since the project is inside the parameter of locality, therefore, Sewer system already available from government department.

Drain

Water drainage system developed inside the building and attached with government drain plan.

Parks

Project is single unit, no parks required as per rule. However, it is just in front of Park (Adarsh colony park)

Tree Planting

Project is singly unit. We will arrange plants in the parameter of building once completed.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We plan to have proper lighting inside building along with power back-up 24X7. Also we will work with relevant departments on the maintenance of existing street lights.

Community Buildings

Our project is singly unit, therefore, no community building planned.

We planned to have strong disposal system of sewage and sullage water as per plan enclosed. We are working with our engineer to have proper system in place.

We will make sure that we will have solid waste management and disposal system in our single unit site as per plan enclosed.

We will work on water conservation system.

Fire fighting system initial job already done and procurement process already completed. We will install system once the building get ready for occupancy.
