Plot Nos. Comm. 9,10 and 11, Sector 11, Siddhath Vihar, Ghaziabad allotted by Uttar Pradesh Awas Evam Vikas Parishad. Having plot size of 720.48 sq.m, 580.14 sq m. and 718.34 sq.m respectively (total 2018.96 sq.m.). The composite plot bounded on the three sides by road and one side by other property.
Only rear side boundary wall 1.8 meters high with brick of 150 mm thickness and plaster between two R.C.C columns approximately 4.5 meters centre to centre. Length of boundary wall shall be 66.84 meter. The boundary wall shall be earthquake resistant.
All roads in the complex will be in combination of concrete pavers of different colours, shape and thickness. 60 mm thick pavers will be laid over 50 mm sand with 200 mm WMM.
All footpaths in the complex will be in combination of concrete/ granite pavers of different colours, shape and thickness of 60 mm and 80 mm. 60 mm thick pavers will be laid over 50 mm sand with 200m mm WMM.
Provided central water supply for all required areas as given in the drawing. Water supply shall be given by the Municipal Authority. Water supply received in under ground tank of 24 KL capacity and pumped to overhead tank of 15 KL capacity from where it will be distributed.
The sewage will be collected through a soil pipeline (size 400 to 200 mm) arrangements, bends and inspection chambers leading to the municipal sewage line.
Rain water shall be collected in drains connected to the underground cement concrete pipeline of size 400 to 200 mm. For discharge, water will be collected in manholes to be constructed in periphery of building block and these manholes are connected with 01. no of ground water recharge pits. Over flow water will be connected with the drain of local Authority.

The trees (24 no.) will be planted at all suitable locations of the Project and along the boundary walls. The tree selection, flora and vegetation shall be as per the climatic conditions. Trees will be planted in a manner to ensure that there is no hindrance in the services/ usage in the Project.
11 KVA Electricity supply provided through 11 KW/ 0.415 KV transformers provide 1 no. DG set of 380 KVA and another is 250 KVA, 415 Volts with accostic incloser for stand by power supply. External street lighting shall be provided as per building norms.

Sewage shall be treated in sewage treatment plant (STP) and thereafter treated water to be used for flushing and irrigation.
Dedicated garbage sorting and disposal area is planned in the building premises for 100 kg per day. Non recyclable waste shall be disposed of through the vendors approved by local authority.
Rain water harvesting pits (01 nos) shall be provided for ground water recharging and overflow to be discharged in the municipal drains. Treated sewage shall be used for irrigation and flushing. Each water harvesting pit shall be of (2M x 6M) dimesions.
All high side equipment are proposed very energy efficient, LED lights shall be provided.
Fire Fighting system shall be provided for building as per the prevailing requirements of the National Building Code. Fire doors shall be provided in common areas. Water supply to sprinklers and hydrants shall be from over head fire water tank located on terrace.
Public sitting, toilets ( 1 no. for female and 1 no. for Differently abled person toilet for each floor) and drinking water facility (1 nos) has been planned and provisioned in common areas.
Emergency evacuation system complying to NBC norms is being installed in complete premises, (1 no.) Fire staircase and 1 common staircase shall be provided as per the approved fire drawing for evacuation to open areas.
