Road Work

CONCRETE / APEX ROADS WILL BE MADE AT SITE. THE BASE OF THE ROAD WILL BE FILL RED MORUM. AFTER THAT TWO LAYERS OF AGGREGATEMM WILL BE LAID TO MAKE SURE THAT THE ROAD IS UPTO THE MARK, AFTER THIS THE TOP LAYER WILL BE COLOURED AND BLACK AND WHITE APEX . ROAD WILL BE 9MTR. TO 12 MTR WIDE .

Footpaths

FOOTHPATHS WILL BE MADE BY INTERLOCKING TYPE B CONCRETE BLOCK PAVERS WITH A MINIMUM PATH WIDTH 1.5 MTR AND THICKNESS OF 80MM.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

FOR WATER SUPPLY WE HAVE A PROVISION OF BORING WATER. WATER SUPPLY PROVISION WILL BE PROVIDED VIA SYSTEM OF PUMPS AND PIPES. WATER WILL GET STORED IN UNDERGROUND TANKS AND FROM THERE WATER WILL GET SUPPLIED TO INDIVIDUAL UNITS PERSONAL TANKS . THIS WATER WILL BE USED FOR DRINKING AND DAILY USE PURPOSE.

Sewer System

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT WILL BE CONSTRUCTED AT SITE , ALL WATER DRAINS AND WASTE DRAIN WILL COME AND CONNECT IN THIS SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT. THIS STP WILL FILTER THE WATER AND THAT WILL BE USED FOR PLANTATION .

Drain

DRAIN WILL BE MADE BELOW THE FOOTPATHS WITH CHAMBERS AT 10 MTR. DISTANCE. DRAINS WILL BE MADE WITH BRICKS WORK AND PVC PIPES OF DIFFERENT DIA. THE WATER FROM DUPLEX WILL COME THROUGH PVC PIPES IN THIS DRAINS AND A PROPER SLOPE WILL BE MAINTAINED TILL STP PLANT . THE WATR WIL GET COLLECTED THROUGH DRAINS IN STP PLANT .

Parks

PARKS ARE PROVIDED IN THE COLONY. THESE PARKS CAN BE USED AS CHILDRENS PLAY AREA, JOGGING, SIT OUT SPACE ETC.

WE WILL PLANT 400 TREES ALL OVER THE CAMPUS AND IN THE GARDEN AS WELL
