Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

All the plots will be demarcated as per the approved layout as per the orientation and direction. The size and alignment of the plots will be measured by the state of art equipment.

Boundary Wall

A 6 to 8 feet high brick wall will be constructed along the applicable boundary of he project. The wall will be cemented through brick and mortar. The will will be plastered and painted. The foundation of the wall and the wind cracks will be provided to make the wall weather and earthquake resistant.

Road Work

The road works will be done with suitable wearing course of bituminous layer and paver blocks. The top and wearing course will be laid over compacted earth and granular layer providing the anti skid surface to cater for the the projects traffic. The roads are 9m and 7.5 m wide covering total of 6448sq.m

Footpaths

The paver blocks will be laid over the compacted earth and the sand bed along all the suitable areas and the periphery of the parks. The M-15 grade blocks will cater for the walking . 1m wide approx 2000sq.m

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The ground water will be pumped to the overhead tank. The potable water will be supplied through underground pipelines to the individual units for the purpose of domestic use. The submersible pump will be installed with back up to provide the continuous supply of water as per demand. The capacity of water tank is 100000 ltr.

Sewer System

the underground sewer line will be constructed to cater for domestic sewer through the man holes and inspection chambers. The sewer lie will be sloped and designed to assure continuous discharge of sewer to the Sewage treatment plant

Drain

the Lined and covered drains will be constructed will be constructed to cater for the rainwater and domestic waste. the drains will be designed for the smooth and rapid egress of the drain water

Parks

The ltwo ush green parks will be prepared enhancing the greenery and the beauty of the project. The parks will be as per the suitable landscape providing the play area for kids and sitting areas for the elderly. The total area under parks is 2532sq,m approximately/

Tree Planting

The variety of the trees will be planted to provide the greenery and the shade within the project. The trees planted will have long life and all weather suitability. the trees will be planted along the park periphery and the boundary wall at suitable locations

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

The dedicated transformer will be installed for the projects domestic needs. The electric current will be distributed through distribution boxes and electrical poles. All the units will be provided with connection points for the domestic usage of electricity

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

The state of art sewage treatment plant will be constructed for the the project to cater the domestic sewage. the sewage will be treated through multiple stages to bring the effluents within permissible limits before being disposed to the designated municipal corporation area or sewer line. The STP will be of 100KLD

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

A dalab ghar will be constructed for the solid waste management. The dustbins will also be installed at all required location to assist the collection of solid waste and the easy disposal of the same. The dalab ghar is approximately 33sqm

Water Conservation System

A minimum 10m deep bore will be constructed using the perforated pipes and the collection chamber having the multilayer filtration to help recharge the the water table. There will two harvesting pits one of 150KLH and one of 100KLH.
