We have a plot of 6272.83 sq. mtr. area on which we propose to build and construct our project.
Boundary wall shall be RCC framed with brick and electrical work to secure all site and shall be as per municipal building bye-laws. The total length of the boundary wall is 458.09 mtrs.
Road work shall be tremix along with hardscape with appropriate slope and drainage works. Rolling of the surface shall be done and curb stone stone shall be laid. PCC shall be laid as specified in the drawings.
It would be approximately 4m wide to be done in tiles and tremix. PCC shall be laid where the footpath needs to be provided, and tiles/pavers/stone shall be fixed with cement/cement slurry.
Water distribution for domestic water supply for the Housing Complex shall be designed on principle of zoning to ensure availability of minimal residual pressure at all user outlets. Water Tank at the terrace shall receive water through Variable Speed Hydro-pneumatic system installed at plumbing plant room.
The soil and waste shall be carried down in separate independently vented pipes. Two pipe drainage system shall be adopted as per ASPE standard.
Separate and independent rain water drainage system shall be provided for collecting rain water from terrace, paved area, lawns and roads. Perforated pipe drainage system shall be provided for open-to-sky courtyard /lawn.
Green area of 926.26 sq. mtr. has been proposed in the project.
61 number of trees shall be placed as required by building bye-laws.
The power shall be available from the state electricity board. 11kv HT city power supply is provided for the projects in UP for demand load upto 4.0 MVA and 33kv HT city power is provided for demand load upto 10 MVA.
Community building of an area of 399.59 sq. mtr. has been proposed. The community facility are provided on the ground floor along with 1st and 2nd floor. The halls can be combined/segregated as required.
Sewage and waste water shall be disposed off the municipal sewer provide by municipal corporation nagar nigam.
The garbage shall be hand picked from garbage bin located at ground level in the community facilities block. 2 disposal bins shall be provided at ground floor level to segregate wet and dry waste and shall be collected separately.
Requirement of adequate and equal pressure of cold water in toilets, kitchens and other designated areas. The water storage tank capacity shall be adequate to ensure availability of water for one and a half days requirement.
Energy efficient tube lights shall be used. LED Lightening shall be used for street lighting. Timers and photo-electric sensors shall be used to switch ON/OFF external landscape
The firefighting arrangement shall be designed as per the requirement of local guidelines, NFPA, and engineering design standard. the entire fire safety installation shall be compliant with the most stringent codes / standard for the entire housing complex, to ensure the highest safety standard and uniformity of systems.

Fire escape staircase with fire lifts proposed as per NBC 2016.
Proposed as per building bye laws and NBC 2016. Installation, testing, and commissioning of lifts pumps, fire fighting etc. shall be carried out.
