Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

we have 68 plots which will be marked with brickwork. The size varies between 50 to 500 sq mtr. approx.

Boundary Wall

we have two-sided main road facing plots & one side there is boundary of 20 mt already exist.

Road Work

we will construct 50 mm thick internal roads with Bitumen work across the project.

Footpaths

We will develop grass pavement footpaths width of around 5-7 mtr. approx.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

water supply for common use will center boring and individual borings will be done by Plot Owner.

Sewer System

we use 250 pipes with manholes for the sewer line. The sewer line will be connected to the authority sewer as per sanctioned map.

Drain

storm water drain will provide with modular cover & will connect to RWH pit & overflow will be connected to the authority drain line.

Parks

We will provide green area with the different activities and the green area will have sports facilities for kids.

Tree Planting

Ample no. of trees will plant in parks & roadside. We will provide many types of trees along the boundary wall & green area

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We will design & implement the system as per the local electricity Board and will consider a centralized Transformer, and feeder Pillar with street lighting for all plots.

We will suggest to individual to use low flow fixtures as well dual flush cistern and raw water harvesting system to reduce the water consumption and improve the ground water level.
