Social gathering places in the community building ae being provided.

Emergency Evacuation Services

YES, Refuge area provided at 17th, 18th, 25th, 26th, 33rd and 34th floor of every tower as per NBC 2016 in addition to Main and Fire Staircase. Staircase shall be provided in Basement for fire / emergency exit as per NBC.
