in Compliance to the National Building Code of India, 2016, part IV requirements, the fire protection and safety system includes ; -Underground Fire Tanks with a total capacity of 780m3 (390m3x2) -A 10m3 fire overheads water tank for each towers. - Main electric fire Hydrant and Sprinkler Pumps provided of 2850 LPM each. -Jockey pump for Hydrant and Sprinkler systems, each with a capacity of 180 LPM each. -Diesel Engine Fire Pump with a capacity of 2850 LPM. -Water certain pump with a capacity of 2850 LPM. - Sprinkler system designed in compliance with IS codes and aligned with the projects fire safety requirements aligned to NBC 2016 Part -IV.
Social gathering spaces will be provided with in the community building.
Refuge area will be provided in each tower as per NBC 2016 in addition to the Main and Fire Staircase.
A comprehensive security system will be implemented , including Security Guard, CCTV Cameras and controlled access.
