Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The NOIDA Authority will supply water to the entire society, which will then be treated and delivered to Customer Premises through piping and pumping /gravity system.

Sewer System

A Centralized STP will treat the Sewage , with each tower having its own down-comers connected to main sewage line.

Drain

The Drainage system will consist of a network of Pipe and Catch Basins leading to the nearest Strom Water Drain, which will be connected to Noida Authority s drainage system..

Parks

A Landscape Area has been provided for parks and other recreational activities.

Tree Planting

Trees and Plants of various species will be planted in accordance with the landscape design plan.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

A Single feeder will be supplied by the Noida Electricity Board and connected to Central Sub station. The Entire Project will be equipped with street Lighting.

A Dual flush system will be installed, along with an adequate number of rain water harvesting pits .

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

LED lights and timer control panel will be used to ensure efficient energy management.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

in Compliance to the National Building Code of India, 2016, part IV requirements, the fire protection and safety system includes ; -Underground Fire Tanks with a total capacity of 780m3 (390m3x2) -A 10m3 fire overheads water tank for each towers. - Main electric fire Hydrant and Sprinkler Pumps provided of 2850 LPM each. -Jockey pump for Hydrant and Sprinkler systems, each with a capacity of 180 LPM each. -Diesel Engine Fire Pump with a capacity of 2850 LPM. -Water certain pump with a capacity of 2850 LPM. - Sprinkler system designed in compliance with IS codes and aligned with the projects fire safety requirements aligned to NBC 2016 Part -IV.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Social gathering spaces will be provided with in the community building.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Refuge area will be provided in each tower as per NBC 2016 in addition to the Main and Fire Staircase.

Other Miscellaneous Work

A comprehensive security system will be implemented , including Security Guard, CCTV Cameras and controlled access.
