Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Terrace Tank of 25000 litres capacity shall be provided for water supply. All the toilets and kitchens will be connected from terrace tank through different sizes of PVC pipes. Water shall be available round the clock in the building.

Sewer System

Waste water of the building shall be discharged through pvc pipe of 150 mm diameter laid in trenches of 230mm wide covered with course aggregate. The trenches shall be excavated to a slight gradient (1 in 300 or so). Inspection chamber shall be provided at regular interval

Drain

The rainwater from roof top shall be routed through down pipes passing through each floor shaft till ground floor then finally converging to under ground external RWH pipelines. The trenches shall be covered with MS gratings through out on top of open trenches. PVC pipe of 150mm diameter shall be laid in trenches of 230mm wide covered with course aggregate.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

The electrical supply shall be drawn from MVVNL electrical infrastructure of high voltage line. This high voltage supply shall be tapped from MVVNL source to our high voltage controlling unit consisting of VCB, step down transformer, LT power control systems and LT power shall be then distributed through power cables to energy supply meters of Individual consumers and shall be individually billed for recording power consumptions by MVVNL. The necessary features shall be like earthing and other protection shall follow as per standard applicable norms The street light designing shall be separately done as per land scaping and road design plans. All lighting system electricity supply shall be compatible with necessary earthing as per Bureau of Indian Standards, MVVNL Rules and regulations
