Demarcation of Plots

Demarcation of plot GGCP-COM-M2-B-situated at EMAAR MGF integrated township already done before starting of project.

Boundary Wall

Boundry wall work already done. Northern wall is 48.55 mt, Eastern is 15.19 mt, Western is 21.90 mt and southern is 58.38 mt. Size of the wall is 5.6 ft (height) and width is 9 inch. Remaining work will be done before completion.

Road Work

Since the project is at the corner their is no need to develop road at site, however, wears n tears (if any) will be done after completion.

Footpaths

Project is at T-End of the road i.e, at the corner. No specific footpath required to be done. Building foothpath will be done before completion..

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Water supply available from "Jal Kal" department and also we will install tank of 25K Gallon at the roof top as back-up.

Sewer System

Sewer system already available by Lucknow Muncipality Corporation - LMC.

Drain

Water drain system will be developed as water supply and drain plan.

Parks

Since it is single commercial building supposed to be developed their is no park development required.

Tree Planting

Since it is single commercial building supposed to be developed their is no specific "Tree Planting" required. We will work on tree planting near parking and indoors.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We plan to have proper lightning inside building as per electrical plan. Also, we will arrange power back-up 24X7 as back-up. Additionally, we will work with relevant government departments to maintain existing street lights.

Community Buildings

Project is commercial in nature their is no requirement of community building.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

We plan to have robustic treatment and disposal system of sewage and sullage water as per plan.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

We will develop solid waste management and disposal system as per attached plan.

Water Conservation System

We are working with our engineers and see how well we can conserve water.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

No applicable.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

We will install "Fire protection and fire safety system" as per standard norms by the fire department during the development of project.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Since our project is commercial in nature their is no need for amenities. We will keep all hygiene and human health safety protocols up and running. after completion.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Emergency evacuation plan prepared and we will make sure that in case of emergencies fire alarm and clear staircase remain available. We will work with stakeholders on tenant training on evacuation.
