Demarcation of plot GGCP-COM-M2-B-situated at EMAAR MGF integrated township already done before starting of project.
Boundry wall work already done. Northern wall is 48.55 mt, Eastern is 15.19 mt, Western is 21.90 mt and southern is 58.38 mt. Size of the wall is 5.6 ft (height) and width is 9 inch. Remaining work will be done before completion.
Since the project is at the corner their is no need to develop road at site, however, wears n tears (if any) will be done after completion.
