Demarcation of Plots

This is irregular shape of plot, having total 12 no. of entry gate in which 1 main gate having grand entrance from the 24m wide front road and rest of 11 are secondary gates. Site is covered by many housing society.

Boundary Wall

3 m high and 230 mm thick Boundary wall designed with european theme. AAC block work and rcc work in column and beam. At the center face of boundary wall there is a Logo of Anthem which give a beautiful iconic design to boundary wall.

Road Work

At the main avenue dark gray and light gray colors cobble stones are used and bitumen road.

Footpaths

There are 3 type of road in this society (7.5 m, 9m and 10.5m), having 1.5 m wide footpath. 60 mm thick pavers used in footpath with beautiful pattern.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

UP JAl Board will provide the water supply to each Plot and Individual tenant may be also ground water after taking approval from statuary departmen. Also end user shall be used their individual RO system as per their requirement, if required we can consider overhead tank also of appropriate capacity to cover the water supply for entire town ship.

There are 4 main central park are provided with the different activities and another park is near club and ews having gaming and swimming pool facilities.

We will use LED lights fitting in external area as well as solar lights. In STP and Pump room all the equipment shall have energy efficient motor.And we will suggest to tenant also to use LED lights Fitting.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

This Project don’t have any high rise building, its have individual Plot for Residential as well as Commercial.Hence there are not need to do any Fire Fighting facility.Individual owner can be installed their own system as per their and local authorities requirement.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage ,Storm water and water supply system shall be Provided. We have Proposed common Pump Room with Primary filteration, Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use & Flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks. All Sewgage shall be go to the STP for recycling the water.
