Demarcation of Plots

Brick made boundary wall combination of RCC is proposed around the project at the height of 8ft is proposed as per sanctioned plan.

Water supply including drinking water supply will be provided from ground water using tube well which is operable from UCT Pump room as per proposed water supply plan .

Sewer System

A centralized sewer system is provided , under ground sewer line is constructed which will linked with main dumping point. STP ETP plant will be installed as per requirement for recycling of waste material service main hole (Inside plot). Service manhole (inside Plot)- Size 600/600.

Drain

Storm water system will be provided which will be connected to the Municipal drain line as per specified plan.

2238 sq. mt. Park is proposed as per sanctioned plan . many type of bushes trees and flowers will be planted at the park.

Green area is proposed and various type of plant and bushes will be planted as per sanctioned plan.
